Tutto e tutti perfetti: pulizia camere, gentilezza e competenza del personale tutto, dalla reception alle ragazze della colazione e del piano. Ambienti curati e rilassanti sotto la super visione dei coniugi Pritelli sempre presenti. Grazie per la splendida vacanza che ci avete fatto trascorrere, ci rivedremo presto.

Struttura veramente di livello, aree comuni molto eleganti, reception cortese, veloce, efficiente; la camera scelta era una standard lato mare un po' piccolina ma completa di tutte le amenities disponibili in quelle di più alto rango. Housekeeping impeccabile. Colazione titanica, anglosassone o continentale con una varietà e qualità assolutamente inusuali in questa area. L'unica cosa cosa che stona sono però proprio le camere per quanto concerne le dimensioni del bagno ed i colori scelti all'interno delle stesse che fanno purtroppo a pugni con l'imponenza e lo stile dell'intera struttura. In ogni caso consigliato come pochi altri.

Ci siamo recati in questo albergo dopo che era già un paio di anni che lo prendevamo in considerazione e appena arrivati abbiamo capito che era il posto perfetto per la nostra famiglia 5 persone con 2 neonati. Il personale si è dimostrato subito gentilissimo e disponibile, la camera (family) era pulitissima e spaziosa, la colazione (fino alle 12) ottima ed abbondante, i servizi offerti sono molteplici e la possibilità di avere un garage coperto con personale dell’albergo che ti accompagna a prendere la macchina ogni volta tu ne abbia bisogno è una cosa apprezzatissima. La posizione è ottima, proprio sul mare, sui bagni convenzionati anche questi attrezzati e ottimi. È presente anche una spa per gli adulti ed una palestra. Insomma tutto il necessario per rendere una vacanza ottima non solo per famiglie. Sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta in una futura vacanza a cattolica.

Wij hebben 9 nachten verbleven in Victoria Palace in Cattolica. het hotel ligt centraak en op een prachtige locatie aan het strand. Er is een parking bij het hotel onoverdekt 15,00 garage 10,00 hier wordt je met golfcar naar toe gebracht. Het personeel is erg professioneel en spreekt goed Engels, aan al je wensen en verzoeken wordt zo spoedig mogelijk voldaan van ons krijgt het personeel een 10. Het ontbijt is oké enig afwisseling had fijn geweest. Het eten in de avond is a la carte en erg goed verzorgd met een geweldig terras met uitzicht op de zee en de ondergaande zon uniek dit maakt het vakantie gevoel optimaal. Wij hadden een kamer met zeezicht, de badkamer kan wel een update gebruiken er is geen douche alleen een bad, dit was wel bekend, de airco voldeed voor ons niet helemaal. de kamer werd goed schoongemaakt, dagelijks schone handdoeken, het linnengoed wordt om de dag verschoond.

Struttura sul mare e centralissima. Bella Struttura purtroppo i parcheggi nella zona sono difficili e quello dell'Hotel non è economico. Camere pulite e personale gentile. Colazione nella norma.
